- Transformation In Action - support women's health initiatives
- Think Active – Funding received for a 15-week programme to help isolated women with low physical activity due to health and/or mental health issues to assess exercise classes and support them in wellness and nutrition.
- Everyone Active - Solihull - Menopause Classes
- Forget Me Not Memory Club - St Clements Church Solihull. Offering support, exercise and wellbeing techniques to music for carers and those with memory loss
- Womens Insitute North Solihull - Delivering chair exercise sessions aimed at improving posture, balance, and mobility, often incorporating resistance bands, bean bags and pom poms.
- Birmingham City Council - Delivering chair and standing exercises for ladies and gentlemen over the age of 50.
- Solihull Community Housing, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council - Delivering chair exercise and yoga to residents at Saxon Court
